Jingles, Playouts and Theme Tunes

I will write a playout song, theme tune, or jingle for your show or podcast.

I've been creating songs for The Doctor Who Podcast and other shows for the last few years. I can provide a catch intro, a witty ditty, a theme tune, or a playout track that captures the spirit of your show. This can include parody songs, though for copyright reasons you'll probably want an original composition.

I've also worked with creators to bring their own song lyrics and ideas to life, setting them to music and fine-tuning them.

A pastiche of you've got to pick a pocket or two from Oliver!, this was a playout written for a song about penny pinching for a fellow comic.

Phil and Scott
Phil and ScottOriginalJingle

A jingle for when father and son team Phil and Scott review Doctor Who things. I wanted something that was light-hearted and a bit more youthful. This is an Ashley original, where I play instruments on top of some drum loops.

War Between the Land and the Sea Theme Tune
War Between the Land and the Sea Theme TuneHybridJingle

For the review episodes of The War Between the Land and the Sea I created a theme tune with an 80's action adventure kids's TV show vibe. This was done by singing a little ditty into Suno and getting Suno to render it.

Talking About Regeneration - Beach Boys Style
Talking About Regeneration - Beach Boys StyleParodyJingle

A second version of a jingle for the "Talking About Regeneration" section of The Doctor Who Podcast, this was based on The Beach Boys' "Good Vibrations" and uses their original backing track with new vocals added. As the original song has a Doctor Whoey theramin in it, I messed a bit with the backing track to make that theremin play something quite like the Doctor Who theme tune as a little audio easter egg.

Note: a number of the tracks I create will be co-produced using AI, as well as other studio techniques. The tracks will be, however, an original composition with human originated lyrics, melodies and ideas. If you need it NOT to include AI, we can discuss that. Either way, it won't be SLOP!
